Anyone is eligible to participate. As a thank you for introducing us to a new customer, you will receive a referral fee check when the sale closes. Under the program, a referral fee equal to 5% of the actual sale price of the subscription will be paid, which is net of any promotions or discounts.

 The referral must be made prior to the prospect contacting DotNetNuke through existing corporate marketing, partner marketing or referral efforts, and they cannot be listed as an existing lead in any of our customer databases.

 You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your referral. DotNetNuke will qualify the referral by making contact via the information on your submission. If it is indeed a qualified lead, you will be notified that we have verified that this is a valid lead. DotNetNuke will either engage with this prospect directly, or pass this lead to one of our reseller partners.

 The Prospect must purchase a Commercial Edition of DotNetNuke to make them eligible for this program.

 The referral fee is paid within 30 days after the sale closes as long as the order has been paid in full. The referral fee will be paid by check from DNN

 DotNetNuke will do its best to review the database on monthly basis and process referral payments for any opportunities that were registered and closed under this program. To ensure proper credit, the referring customer should notify DotNetNuke via leadreferral@dnncorp.com when your referree purchases the product.

 Upon verification of the order, a check will be mailed in 30 days for 5% of the selling price to the customer (net of any discounts).

 DotNetNuke reserves the right to modify the terms or cancel this program without notice.
